What is Google telling people about your business?
Search your business name. That box with the map, the hours, the reviews and the photos is your Google Business Profile. Google uses it to decide when and where your business shows up. So do the AI answers now sitting at the top of search. And for a lot of businesses, it's been left unsupervised since someone set it up in 2018.
The problem
What usually needs fixing
Look at yours as someone who has never heard of you. Can they tell, in about ten seconds, what you do, where you do it, who it's for and when you're open? Usually not, because of these:
- The wrong category, so Google files you under the wrong thing.
- Services missing, so it has no idea what you actually offer.
- A description nobody has read since it was written.
- Three photos, one of them the old logo.
- Opening hours that cheerfully announce you're available on Christmas Day.

For anyone who doesn't have one, has two fighting with each other, or has one that's been sitting lonely in the corner since 2018. I set it up properly, match it to your website and take you through Google's verification process.

How it works

I send the invoice. Work starts when it's paid. One-off. No subscription.

You let me in, I do the work. I send you the steps to add me to your profile as a manager. No passwords. Then I get on with it and tell you what I changed.
